*What is DTF (Direct To Film)?

DTF is the process of printing a design on a clear film and then transferring it to fabric. 

*What fabric can you apply DTF to?

DTF can be applied to light, dark, and black shirts and fabrics such as 100% cotton, polyester, nylon, leather fabrics, 50/50 blends and more.

*DTF Transfer Heat Press Instructions

Unlike vinyl there is absolutely no weeding or layering with DTF transfers! You just press to your choice of fabric & go!

1.) Prepress the garment for 10-15 seconds with your Heat press to remove the moisture. 

2.) Once cooled down, place the transfer onto the garment with the image facing up. Then cover it with butcher paper or parchment paper.

3.) Temperature: press for 320-325 degrees F for 15 seconds. Heavy Pressure.

4.) Wait until it cools down then peel the film cold. (DO NOT PEEL HOT)

5.) Lastly cover the image again with the butcher paper or parchment paper and press for an additional 15 seconds. 

*Care Instructions

1.) Before washing be sure to turn the garment inside out. 
2.) Wash with cold water. 
3.) Do not use fabric softener or bleach and dry at low temperature.

Cleaning RED PIEZO Solution 8oz (Vacation & Repair) for Epson Printheads - DTF and DTG

This Cleaning Red Piezo Solution (Vacation & Repair) is a professional grade engineered for Epson printheads. It is used by many technicians around the world for repairing printers, maintenance, and keeping printheads moist. Now you can get it for cleaning, flushing, repairing, and storage for up to 30 days when you go on vacation. You can use it to print nozzle check and see if you have missing patterns or to help you repair printheads, as well you can also use it to wet capping stations to help the printhead stay unclogged.

Cleaning Solution (Cleaning & Flush) for Epson Printheads - DTF and DTG

This regular Cleaning Solution is engineered to clean and flush Epson printheads. You can flush the print head, either manually with the syringe and tubing (flushing the printheads), or for printers that are cartridge-based, you can fill this cleaning solution into cartridges and use those cartridges as cleaning cartridges running up to 3 cleaning cycles with them.

- Refill cartridges, and use them to clean your print head.
- Safe for Print Heads and capping stations.

As part of your daily maintenance at the end of the day when you finish, is recommended to use a Capping Station Solution (Wet Cap) to do a wet cap to keep your print head optimized when doing DTF or DTG.

If you need a more aggressive cleaning solution check our Cleaning Piezo Red Solution (Vacation & Repair).

PRO TIP: Mix and heat the cleaning solution with distilled water in a container to soak the print head and help with clogs. Doing a regular flush and a reverse flush when the mixture is hot will help remove the clog faster, but you also need to be patient. NOTE: MAKE SURE ELECTRONICS DO NOT GET WET.
